Our goal is clear: We want to offer you an excellent and unforgettable wedding in Santo Domingo de Silos. From the day we opened until today, the hotel restaurant has always grown up and will always evolve in its facilities, specialties and services.
Ours is a high level cuisine, but keeping always with traditional Castilian character. When preparing our wedding menus, we felt the concern but also the pleasure of composing a selected menu that will allow you select amongst a wide range of possibilities offered by traditional Spanish cuisine.
We would like to highlight the simplicity yet the quality in all our preparation of these products, always trying to preserve and never to undermine its attributes that makes our work philosophy in the kitchen. It is with the very same simplicity and humility, that we try to merge our enological offer represented by endless references to the different Spanish wine regions that will delight our customers, highlighting the important wines of “Ribera del Duero”. In our wine cellar you will find both classic and new wines.
When choosing the menu for your wedding banquets, you will have to consider whether it will be a lunch or dinner, and plan the menu accordingly. The wedding banquet menu, as many banquets of some importance is usually composed of three courses followed by a dessert, coffee, champagne and spirits.
The place where all the details for the banquet coordination meeting is “The Cloister”. Here, under the direction the team coordinates a timely and thorough service. Cutlery, crockery, temperature plates, coordination and timing are key …
“The Cloister” is the largest room available at Hotel Santo Domingo de Silos. It can host up to 330 people, which is something. It is the ideal frame for an unforgettable wedding, for the staging will transport you to a tough scenario Castilian ancestry and ancient tradition.
Named for a construction, attached to a wall, mimics the Romanesque cloister of the Monastery, this deck also dining tables and platforms to ensure that every wedding is different from the others. The windows surround and accompany us in this wedding feast, with shapes reminiscent monks and stones of the eleventh century, historical and traditional images of the area.
Adjoining the dining room, a patio with a small kindergarten for the little ones can not be marginalized by adults in these celebrations as remarcadas. Here, too, at the end of the meal, which is usually held the ball back to the wedding banquet.
Close to the wedding dining room is where you will find Nati’s preferred corner. A floral space, decorated in Andalusian style in the heart of Castilla.
